We are currently experiencing increased timelines on website orders. Unfortunately we are still seeing the impact of both Brexit and Covid, most of our brands bring items into the UK and Brexit is holding this process up, coupled with reduced staff capacity within our embroidery partners, this is leading to additional time over the 3 week average on some orders.
We apologise for the delays and are working hard to get orders out to customers ASAP.
We are also seeing all of our brands struggle to keep up with stock levels as we head out of the pandemic. Where items are not in stock with the manufacturer, we will email customers informing them of the estimated arrival times we are given.
Thanks for your patience on these matters, its a problem that is effecting most teamwear companies in the UK and we hope to see normal operations returning soon.
