We have an exciting opportunity for a highly ambitious, organised and motivated sales individual to join our team.

The role is pivotal to driving growth and further success within the business.

Are you enthusiastic, hard working, experienced and knowledgeable in the retail, business, sales, and marketing fields? Then this role could be for you.

As a rapidly growing company, with a nationwide reach, this role is created to support the generation of new business accounts as well as managing existing accounts to ensure clubs receive an outstanding service.  

The role combines sales, management, business development, marketing and customer service. This is a hands on role for a driven individual who can manage a small team as well as work under their own initiative.

Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets
  • Identification of sales and promotional lines
  • Researching and identifying growth opportunities
  • Training of staff and supporting people development
  • Evaluating performance and productivity
  • Undertake regular competitor analysis
  • Produce reports for the directors with a solution focused approach
  • Supporting social media activities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to capture them
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction
  • Other duties as required

Strong GCSE results including English & Maths

Education to level 3 in an appropriate subject

Experience in sales and marketing

Retail or business experience

Experience in using different advertising platforms to maximise company reach and increase sales opportunities

Good understanding of how social media works, understanding different types of social media tools and adapting content for different channels

Full driving licence

Previous sportswear/teamwear sales experience

Knowledge of the HubSpot CRM platform
