During the current national lockdown we are able to give customers the following update.
17Sport staff will continue to work on new and existing orders, from home where possible or in a Covid secure environment in our showroom. Collection is currently not available, but those customers who do want to collect will be able to once the National Lockdown is lifted.
The system of delivery via post will run as normal.
Currently we are seeing an initial impact of the Brexit transition, we are still awaiting deliveries from late December onwards to arrive in the country. We are communicating with the manufacturers daily to get a resolution but we understand very little is leaving ports for the UK at the moment due to the customs changes.
This is leading to a delay in some orders being fulfilled and we will contact customers effected directly in the coming days.
